Before Change

"Go home tonight and look for a sign to help you decide," he said.

As she walked to the downtown library that unseasonably warm afternoon, she saw one in the window of an eyeglasses place. In the library, while waiting for a reading to start and about to phone her dad, she saw another one stamped on the Yellow Pages book. Later, while at another reading she was enjoying her alphabet pretzel pieces when she looked down at the last two letters in her napkin.

BC

The universe ablaze with changes
Moments of magic will glow in the night
All fears of the forest are gone
For when the morning breaks
They're swept away by golden drops of dawn
Of changes

Does that stand for what I think it stands for?

BC? Let me guess...

you got a job as a PR manager working for Bill Clinton. he insists that you call him the "Big Cheese" even though you suspect he may be lactose intolerant. one of the perks of your new job is unrestricted access to his collection of mesopotamian Bone Carvings. you also get a Brown Canoe and a bottle of Blue Curacao. your first assignment is to accompany him on a diplomatic mission to Bogota Columbia. There you will meet Billy Crystal who has promised to autograph your copy of the Breakfast Club whilst serenading you with Bad Company's greatest hits.

Whoa, sounds like quite the adventure. No wonder BC has been popping up so much. Congrats on the new job.
