Five alive

I wasn't having the best of days today. I'm tired from my weekend away, not feeling excited about the weeks coming up and some other stuff. But I've told you before that my lucky day is the 5th of the month and today I was reminded of that again. I opened my mail to find a cheque for $36 from the government--yay, they still call me poor and think I should get a quarterly GST cheque! The part that made me really smile though was at the bottom where it said:

Credits are payable on or about the 5th of the month.

And now back to brooding (which, at the very least, is good for the writing project).
