Flipping through the Winnipeg Sun today I stopped to read the latest Winnipeg Crime Stoppers Top 10 "Wanted Persons" list. I often consult this list as I half expect to know someone on it. Sure enough, today was the day.
I went to elementary school with Wanted Person #5. He broke my wooden ruler in grade 6. Generally he was rather tempermental and just unpleasant. We were told to ignore that though and try to be nice because he was "troubled". Glad to see that our accomodations went a long way in making a difference. I see that he is wanted for uttering threats. Why is it that today he gets arrested for doing that but when we were 10 he was just "troubled"?

You can be arrested for uttering threats? Thank god I swear under my breath at work ;P
