Perspective
This morning I couldn't decide whether I should wear my chocolate brown stiletto boots or my pink heels. I asked Amara for advice and she said to go with the heels.
At the end of the day as I was changing back into my winter dress boots, my ring got caught and put a hole in my fish nets.
When your biggest problems of the day are which shoes to wear and ripping a hole in your $10 stockings, life really isn't that bad.
I've got nothin' to complain about.
I've got nothin' to complain about.

Ha ha, too true. Thanks for getting us back on track! :-)
I love your pink shoes, where did you get them?
Thank you, they are one of my favourite pairs. I picked them up in Fargo for the bargain price of $26 at Marshall Field's. They are by Franco Sarto. I should take a better picture for the full effect.
Anyway, I love them because they are cute and they were a great buy. Not only that, they remind me of my summer trip to see Vince in Toronto two(?) years ago. I wore them out to go dancing at a club for a few hours, then walking to grab a bowl of Pho, then walking all the way back to Vince's place (How many blocks was that, Vince? Six?). When we got back the sun was nearly rising and my feet did hurt a bit, but they could have been way worse. It was a really fun night and those shoes carried me through it right to the end. Those boots on the other hand are mostly meant for sitting pretty.
You should check your French notes :)
Btw, you blogged more than Rob and I *combined* this month.
