Meet an all star cast of people

I realize this post is long overdue. My friends have been kind enough to add links to my blog on their sites, it's about time I return the favour. Yeah, they're all guys. I guess I'm a bit of a pioneer amongst my girlfriends (Abby get posting already!).

Andy Linsenbardt--I think Andy is my oldest friend. We started corresponding to each other by email when I was in Jr. High (grade 8 I think). Andy is from Missouri and had written my grade 7 math teacher looking for an email pal. For whatever reason, Mr. Skultety thought of me. We have been writing ever since!

Rob Carroll--Where do I begin with Rob? My earliest memory of Rob is grade 10 French class. We were doing an improv thing. He was playing my dad, I was asking to borrow the car to drive to Vancouver to visit my boyfriend (he said no by the way). Somewhere along the line he became one of my best and most loyal friends. Rob's blog will take you through his adventures of moving out, new and old music discoveries, and generally a unique perspective on everyday things. My favourite part is his song of the day selection.

Vincent Cheung--We still can't quite figure out why we are in fact friends (and very good ones I think) because we are so completely different. Take a look, maybe you can figure it out.

Adam Hooper--the first thing Adam said to me (besides hi, my name is...) was "are you going to eat that?" He was pointing at the green peppers (or JalapeƱos?) I had left on my plate at a Vietnamese restaurant. At least he did let me try his milkshake later. I met Adam through Vince in San Francisco. He contributed to my California '06 Excellent Adventure which you can find pictures of on his site.

You know me, now meet some of my friends and make the world an even smaller place.

Thanks.

Regarding the first thing I said to you: I believe in making an impression.

I suppose I should return the favor and link to your blog:

Jill--the first thing I said to Jill (besides hi, my name is...) was "are you going to eat that?" I have since been devising new, interesting and (I think) largely successful ways to amuse her, confuse the hell out of her, and generally keep her on her toes.

Yes, before Adam I was unamused, completely sure of things, and only walked on my toes when wearing stilettos -- Aka, my homewrecker shoes ;)

Adam is more comfortable than stilettos (how's THAT for being amusing and confusing?)

Geez, we're getting old... ;-)

Hah, no no Andy. You got old first, you got married :P But then again, you're still in school and I'm working. That balances us out a bit.
